The Firm
Shane DiNapoli
In 2000, he began his own Chartered Accounting firm with a small stable of clients who were longtime personal friends. His practice has steadily grown over the years, and the firm now has a number of associates helping with various aspects of client services.
Shane DiNapoli, C.A. is a member of the Alberta Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAA), and the Canadian Tax Federation. He has lectured for the Canadian Medical Association.
Shane manages to balance his business with his personal life, as do his many successful clients. He prefers active sports and likes to hike, jog (not run), ski and golf.
Why Use Shane DiNapoli Chartered Accountant?
Shane's extensive knowledge and experience with tax law and tax audit processes gives clients the assurance that the full range of tax options is being considered at all times. While some clients prefer "safe" and conservative tax filing strategies, some may prefer a more aggressive interpretation of tax statutes. Shane's advice about business decisions provides the comfort of knowing that all appropriate tax opportunities are taken, while sparing you the hassle and expense when being too aggressive with tax planning strategies. Shane understands that tax planning is not always "black & white" but rather dealing with shades of gray.
The firm's accounting services ensure that the books of the company and its financial reporting are consistent with optimal tax planning strategy. Tax planning without effective implementation and documentation can leave you open to audit and post-audit tax adjustments.
The firm has a first-rate Dell server and office network, with ADSL Internet access, with everybody accessible by e-mail. The office has full access to tax law details and precedents, and uses working paper and tax return preparation software to provide maximum efficiency on client work.
